Holiday Party Cocktails

Christmas is a whirlwind of celebrations, parties, families and friends. What better way to celebrate the holidays than with some festive spirits?

PEPPERMINT BARK WHITE RUSSIAN

  • 1 oz. Kahlua Liqueur

  • 1 oz Creme de Cacao

  • 1.5 oz. Smirnoff Peppermint Twist Vodka

  • 1.5 oz. Half n’ Half (preferably Straus Organic Half n’ Half)

  • Mini candy cane or crushed candy cane for decoration (optional)

    Pour Kahlua, Creme de Cacao and Peppermint Vodka into an ice filled glass. Float half n’ half slowly over the top to give the illusion of peppermint bark layers. Top with mini candy cane on the rim or rim the glass with white chocolate syrup and roll in crushed peppermint pieces (optional). (White chocolate/candy cane rim must be done prior to filling the glass!!!)

HARRODS BRANDY HOT BUTTERED RUM

  • 2 heaping tsp. Harrods Brandy Butter infused with COURVOISIER ® VS Cognac

  • 2 oz. El Dorado Reserve 21 Year Rum (or dark rum of your choice)

  • Pinch ground cinnamon

  • Pinch ground nutmeg

  • Pinch ground clove

  • Cap full of Vanilla Extract (the cap that comes on the vanilla extract bottle or to taste)

  • 1 tsp. brown sugar

  • 4 to 6 oz. of hot water

    In a small bowl, combine butter, cinnamon, clove, nutmeg, vanilla extract and brown sugar. (Harrod’s butter is already in a soft whipped-like form, so, blending it with a spoon will suffice. If you opt to use regular butter, you will need to whip it with the spices and sugar). Drop two heaping spoonfuls of the butter into a heatproof glass (like shown) or mug. Pour the rum over the butter and then top off with hot water. Start with 4 ounces of water and add to taste. Stir and enjoy.

YULETIDE CHEER FIZZ

  • 1/2 oz. Creme Yvette

  • 1/2 oz. Fresh Squeezed Blood-Orange Juice

  • 1/2 oz. Fever Tree Ginger Beer (or ginger beer of your choice)

  • Korbel Natural Champagne (or dry champagne of your choice)

  • Blood Orange Slice for garnish

    In a shaker with ice, combine Creme Yvette, blood orange juice, and ginger beer. Pour into a coup glass and top off glass with champagne and a slice of blood-orange.
